Meditation can be as easy as this...
1) Find a quiet place (but don't let this get in the way, you can do it anywhere).
2) Set and alarm for the desired duration (or leave it open).
3) Turn phone off.
4) Breathing through your nose, focus all of your attention on the breath, all the way in and all the way out.
5) While staying focused on the breath, notice any and all sensations that arise and come to pass.
Note: When the mind wanders, because it almost certainly will, focus back on the breath.
Warning: Obviously do this in a safe environment, not when driving.
