This is not a ‘tea tasting’ experience. This is one of the most profound and nourishing experiences you can give yourself and your team.

Yes we will drink some of the finest teas in the world, from hundreds of years old trees, from the purest mountains, though this experience is a deeply profound paradigm shifting event experience.


Increase happiness, reduce stress, connect people, increase productivity, invoke creativity, calm the mind.


TEAm CEREMONY OPTIONS:

1) STRESS-LESS

This is a profound ceremony where we sit and through skillfully guided discussion, tea and also some light meditations calm us and invoke a deep inner stillness like never before. This will forever be an encounter forever remembered.

2) CREATIVITEA

“Invoke and invite seismic shifts in thought.”

This Creativitea ceremony is for when you are looking to support the creation and development of ideas or to progress something that is perhaps stuck, stagnated if you will. It has been used during meetings or days that needs extra fluidity or problem solving.


How many people? Ideally up to 10 people (15 to 20 possible). One to one also available.

How long? 30 mins to 2+ hours (we will discuss this). Your experience can also be delivered at set times throughout a full day experience.

ABOUT THE TEA

Very simply, tea can be thought of like wine - the integrity of the leaf is dependent on growing conditions, locations, soil, farmed or wild, the season they’re picked, the amount of sunlight or moonlight the leaves are exposed to.

This experience drops us in at the most basic level - leaves, water and a bowl. In many ways it is like an active meditation, being mindful in a powerful shared experience with thousands of years of roots.



ABOUT RICHARD ENION

Richard is a tea expert and highly skilled facilitator who delivers events in English or Spanish throughout the world. These experiences are transformative for individuals and teams alike, venturing way beyond the imaginable.

Richard’s interest in health and wellbeing stems from his experience of living with and learning from doctors of Chinese Medicine in LA as well as overcoming obesity as a teenager and cancer in his early 20’s. Vipassana is his current favorite meditation practice which begins with ten days of silent meditation (noble silence).

Richard has successfully combined his Business background (he holds a first class degree in Business Information Systems) with a personal training qualification, and he has over 15 years of experience hosting events and talks for global companies such as HSBC, L’Oreal, and a number of leading Universities on health, wellness and motivation. He is also the Co-author of the book "F**K Dieting".
